Main Components

1. Tightening
Function------ The pneumatic strapping machine automatically tightens the straps wrapped around the goods to the preset tension.
Purpose----- To ensure the straps adhere tightly to the surface of the goods, preventing them from loosening or shifting during transportation and storage.
2. Bonding
Function------Secures the joint through two main methods:
Heat-melt friction bonding-----This is the most common method. The machine uses a tiny "friction plate" to vibrate and rub the two straps (overlapping sections) at high speed, generating heat to melt their surfaces. Then, rapid pressure is applied and cooling occurs, fusing them into a strong bond without the need for metal fasteners.
3. Cutting
Function------ After bonding, the machine automatically cuts off the excess strapping ends, separating them from the joint.
Purpose-------To make the packaged goods neat and aesthetically pleasing, while preventing excess strapping from scratching personnel or other goods.
Precautions for Use
Air Source Requirements------- Use dry, clean compressed air. Moisture and impurities can damage the pneumatic motor and internal precision components. It is recommended to install a pneumatic triplex (filter, pressure regulator, and lubricator) at the air intake.
Air Pressure Adjustment------- Strictly adjust the operating air pressure according to the machine nameplate or manual. Excessively low air pressure will result in loose straps, while excessive air pressure will increase component wear and even damage the machine.
Regular Maintenance------- Regularly lubricate moving parts, inspect the condition of worn parts (such as friction plates, cutters, and gears), and replace them promptly.
Safe Operation: When strapping, keep your body and hands away from moving parts (such as the tension pulley and cutter) to prevent pinching. Wear necessary labor protection equipment, such as gloves and goggles.
Appropriate Strapping Strap---------Use PP strapping tape of the specifications and quality that meet the machine's requirements. Inferior strapping tape will compromise strapping and damage the machine.
