• Air Source Requirements-------- Use dry, clean compressed air. Moisture and impurities can damage pneumatic motor and internal components. Install pneumatic triplex (filter, pressure regulator, lubricator) at air intake.
• Air Pressure Adjustment---------Strictly adjust operating air pressure according to machine nameplate or manual. Low pressure causes loose straps; excessive pressure increases component wear and may damage machine.
• Regular Maintenance--------- Regularly lubricate moving parts and inspect condition of worn components (friction plates, cutters, gears), replacing them promptly.
• Safe Operation-------Keep body and hands away from moving parts (tension pulley, cutter) to prevent pinching. Wear necessary protective equipment including gloves and goggles.
• Appropriate Strapping Strap--------Use PP strapping tape of specifications and quality meeting machine requirements. Inferior strapping tape compromises performance and may damage machine.
